I’d like to request a feature that allows users to move a line or sentence up or down using Alt + ↑ (Up Arrow) and Alt + ↓ (Down Arrow), similar to how it works in Visual Studio Code. This feature enhances text editing efficiency by letting users quickly rearrange content without the need for cut-and-paste actions.

There are two commands, the hotkeys are unassigned, that can do this already.
