Move line or selected text to specified heading in the document

This templater template will take the line under the cursor or the selected text, prompt you for a heading to move it to, prompt you if you want the text prepended or appended, then move the text to the specified heading.

It’s working now.

It didn’t worke probably because I think I was trying to use on a .txt file.
