Currently hover previews in the backlinks and search panes appear above/below the hovered text, obscuring the rest of the pane.

Proposed solution
Move the hover previews to the SIDE of the backlinks and search panes, so the popups appear over the NOTE and don’t obscure the pane itself.
Retain ability to move the mouse from the hover target to the preview pane in order to scroll up/down within the preview.
