[Mobile] Add two-finger Swipe down gesture: 1 finger for command palette, 2 for quick switcher!

I have to scroll to the top and lose my place in the note.

And scroll-to-the-top might take any number of swipes, negating the speed and efficiency (i.e. the whole point) of gestures

To use the drag-down gesture, I have to scroll to the top and lose my place in the note.

If you start the drag on the app’s top bar you don’t have to scroll up.

Meanwhile, a native support for that FR would be nice.
