Missing notes on graph-view

What I’m trying to do

In graph view, when toggling on “existing files only”, hundreds of notes are missing. I have over 700 notes (that are not images or attachments), which seem to appear perfectly when ‘existing files only’ is off. But when it’s on, only about 150-200 appear.

Things I have tried

I’ve updated to the most recent version, searched the forum for a similar topic and followed the troubleshooting guide. Problem does not seem to appear on forum or in sandbox vault.
I’ve nothing under ‘excluded files’. Nothing changed when I disabled css snippets and community plugins.

Just to double check the file count, can you hover over your vault name in the bottom of the left sidebar to see what Obsidian reports (you don’t need to hover if using mobile):

~600 of these are attachments.

If you have any idea as to why that is, I’m still facing the same issue.
