New to obsidian, i worked on Milanote before and i really liked the intuitive and whiteboard use.
Does it exist on Obsidian a plugin to add like Milanote whiteboard?
Im looking for a way to add note, link, photo, pdf, spreadsheet in one whiteboard.

I don’t know Milanote, but your description makes me think of Obsidian’s “Canvas” mode: an infinite page on which you can place images, videos, and documents.
Go to the command palette and type “canvas”.
