Mermaid do not appears in core plugin list (Obsidian 1.10.3)

  1. Click on the gear icon.
  2. Goto Core plugins
  3. The mermaid plugin does not appars
    Starting from scratch, what are the steps to make the bug happen?
    The fewer the steps, the better.
