Maximum number of Non-Note files in a vault

I was wondering of there is a limit to the non-note files in a vault. i.e. pdfs, epubs, mp4s etc., and if it would affect the performance in any way. I’m asking because I added my books library (70GB, 13K+ files, 600+ subfolders) to the vault. During the copying process the ap was very slow, which is understandable. After the copy is done it returned to normal behaviour. So I was just wondering, should I be worrying about performance in the future? or since they are not note files, everything will go smooth? (I’ve read in antother thread in the forum that huge numbers of notes (they were talking 200k) might slow things. Here the size is what really make me worry)
