Use case or problem
I compose long note titles and sometimes go too long and get an error. When this happens unfortunately my title has been lost unless I select and copy it before trying to create the note.
Proposed solution
If Obsidian either indicated that you gave reached maximum length or simply disallowed you from typing any further, this data loss would be impossible or at least avoidable.
Current workaround (optional)
A workaround is to compose note titles within a note first.
