Use case or problem
When Obsidian is in fullscreen now with v1 & tabs, moving the cursor to the top of window above a tab does not highlight the tab.

Proposed solution
Extend the tab selection area up to the top of the status bar, even if the graphic part of the tab itself isn’t extended.
Browsers do this as well, as an easy example to review.
