Make "Smart indent lists" Smarter

When enable “Smart indent lists”, if you typing an ordered list, following 1, 2, and then create a sublist, for now it continue numbered as 3, 4… like that:

  1. list1
  2. list2
    3. sublist1
    4. sublist2

I think it is against the typing habits and should be auto-numbered like:

  1. list1
  2. list2
    1. sublist 1
    2. sublist 2
  3. list3

This should be refiled under Bug Reports as this is a bug.
