Make release notes searchable

Hi!

Please, make release notes searchable (Ctrl/Cmd-F). (The release notes were introduced in v16 and are accessible with Help -> Release Notes menu item).

The release notes are a fancy web-view (not local) masquerading as a note, but it would be useful to be able to search in them.
