Main quest is bugged at Apothecary

Steps to reproduce

  1. Progress main story till after entering paradis
  2. Kill the taskmaster after running into the Apothecary
  3. Later progress main quest
  4. Main quest tells me to talk to Apothecary
  5. Run into taskmaster again who attacks me
  6. Apothecary is bugged and can’t talk to them

This is game breaking and preventing any further progression in the main question. Please visit this is very frustrating.
