I’m using Obsidian on both PC and Mac. I store my vault on OneDrive and it works great on all platforms. Now, to keep my notes safe I tried to compress my vault directory using zip, but it seems that Obsidian is using unicode when creating the workspace files for my Mac since it’s called “workspace-mathias’s MacBook Air”. I guess unicode is needed for the apostrophe but ZIP can’t handle unicode. Not sure what to do.
