LTR & RTL notes

Dear is there a way to write some note from LTR and some from RTL?

Regarding this option that turns all notes from RTL is not the solution, because my notes are mixed between those two writing directions.

I want this too, currently I am writing everything in English because I can’t have both English and Arabic
