Lost file when obsidian tell me install third plug successfully

Lost file when obsidian tell me install successfully in some third plug, such as “Outliner” plug, it lost main.js and styles.css, it lead to cant be load this plug, but sometimes will not lost file.

I guess maybe it cause i use agency network to download third plug, sometimes dont have good network speed, but i think it shouldn’t notice me
install plug successfully

Omnisearch version: 1.9.1
Obsidian version: 1.1.8
Operating system: Windows 10 家庭中文版 version number:21H2
