I downloaded the app for windows on my computer without creating a login. I later created a login on the website(which works when I log in online) but for some reason, it doesn’t work when I try to log in to sync on my computer(which uses widows) and my phone (which uses apple play store). I have changed the email and the password to this account 3 times. PLEASE ADVISE!!
