I currently use MindManager for documenting private client work, and am looking into replacing it with Obsidian.
My goal is to be able to share the documentation with my client in a form which a) is private and secure, and b) does not require them to expand their stack. I don’t want them to have to learn Obsidian to access their notes because some of these clients are not in any way tech savvy. With MindManager I am able to export the complete documentation into a single HTML5 file that the client can view locally in any browser, and that works very well.
One solution could be expanding the Publish feature to package the entire vault into a similar, locally-viewable HTML file. I’ve posted a topic in Feature Requests suggesting this, but I wanted to put the question out there to see if there might be other solutions.
Is this possibly something that could be handled by a plugin, and should I post this idea there? And are there any workarounds that can accomplish this today?
