Local graph does not update when jumping to a newly created note

Steps to reproduce

  1. In a note a create a link to a new page b by writing [[NEWPAGE]]
  2. Go to the new page b by doing Alt + Return above the link
  3. backlinks pane shows the link from a to the current page b, the local graph however does not (see screenshot). This does not change, even going to other pages and then coming back to page b.
  4. Close Obsidian and Re-open it again
  5. Go to page b, now both backlinks and the local graph show the link between a and b

Expected result

Situation 5 should be the case in the moment of stept 3.

Actual result

I have to do step 4 in between in order to get situation 5.

Environment

  • Operating system: Manjaro Linux
  • Obsidian version: 8.11 Insiders

You don’t need to close and reopen obsidian. But you do need to close and reopen the local graph. That is an issue
