Use case or problem When trying to quickly glance information from linked mentions, heavy markdown formatting makes the snippets displayed hard to read. Proposed solution Enable live preview in the mentions. Would also look nicer and cleaner

A setting to display search results and backlinks in preview mode will make these more clean.
