Linking to header with spacing not working

Steps to reproduce

Minimal example:

Header
Header With Spacing

Header

Header With Spacing

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]

No

Expected result

A working link for each header.

Actual result

The link for “Header” works as intended, but the link to the header which includes spacing does not work.

Environment

Obsidian Version 1.8.9 for Windows 10.
No additional plugins installed

The format should be:

[Header](#Header)
[Header With Spacing](#Header%20With%20Spacing)

If you disable Settings > Files and links > use [[Wikilinks]], and use [[ when creating the link, the auto-suggester will create the properly formatted link for you.
