Summary; A note with multiple [[linked notes]] in the [[same block]] will render incorrectly in the linked mentions of one of the linked notes.

Steps to reproduce

  • I created an example with three notes: testing bug.md, linked mention.md, separate note.md. testing bug has a block of text with 2 [[links]]:

Raw text:

here's a note with a [[Linked mention]] and another mention of a [[separate note]].

Expected result

I would expect the following to be displayed in the linked mentions pane:

here's a note with a [[Linked mention]] and another mention of a separate note.

Autocomplete takes _all_ the text when linking to a heading that also includes a link with a display name/alias

Thanks for this. Does it always render as note namenote name like that? Does the issue still occur with custom CSS disabled? (I imagine it does…)

yup, confirmed it happens without custom CSS. Also interesting: the repeated text is the display name, not the note name.

So [[separate note|testing]] gets displayed as testingtesting
