Link to heading automatically showing both note name and heading title

Now I can do it like this typing both note title and heading title
[[note title#heading title|(note title heading title)]]
But is it possible to create a link to a heading in another note that will show me automatically something like hierarchy in a link that I create: note title and heading title without typing? I mean now I can choose to use # and Obsidian shows only heading title.

I believe it can be done with a CSS snippet, and that one has been posted in the forum somewhere.

I found this thread but css included there is like a workaround not a proper nice looking solution.
