Link to hashtag goes to search

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create an external link to a hashtag elsewhere: [#twittertag](https://twitter.com/hashtag/twittertag).
  2. Switch to preview mode
  3. Click on #twittertag

Expected result

Browser will open external link.

Actual result

Obsidian search for tag:#twittertag is opened

0.10.12

Additional information

Workaround: Move # outside of link. That’s not nearly as nice though.

Putting a backslash before the hashtag results in the link opening correctly in preview mode.

This is a dirty fix, the behavior you experienced does appear to be a bug.
