Link to a block in a note - human-readable block identifiers: OBS adds a generated block identifier

What I’m trying to do

I try to link to a block which I added with a human-readable block identifier.
I typed in "[[Filename#^added human-readable block identifier …]].
As I did so the the desired block was displayed. I clicked on it to exit the select block function and generated block identifier was added behind my human-readable block identifier. In the Link the human-readable block identifier was replaced by the generated block identifier.

How can I avoid this so the human-readable block identifier remains in the link?

Things I have tried

Instead of clicking I just hit the Return key to exit the block select window.
This worked. So far so good.
When I hovered over the link I received the error message:

Amazingly after cklicking on the link the jump to the desired block was perfectly executed.
