Link does not work with "#️⃣ Tags.md" name

Steps to reproduce

1. Create any note and add next:

[[Test/#️⃣ Tags]]

2. Try to create a link and click on it.
3. Or just try to create a file with this symbol #️⃣

Expected result

It will create or go to this note: [[Test/#️⃣ Tags]]

Actual result

Creating a note with “Test” name.

Additional information

After some obsidian update, i have noticed that the link to my “ Tags.md” file is not working.
- [[_AboutVault 📓/#️⃣ Tags]]

This bug is reproducible in the andbox vault.
In the sandbox value, I could even create the file with this symbol.
