One of my links suddenly included full navigation information. The document is located under Locations/Swamp/ folder structure and is named Blackmarsh. So now, every link to it shows [[Locations/Swamp/Blackmarsh]] instead of simple [[Blackmarsh]]. It’s the only link that is showing this behaviour. How do I fix it?
That can happen if you have another note in your vault called Blackmarsh.
Obsidian doesn’t know what to do with two [[Blackmarsh]] links/files, so it adds the path to one of them.
I’d investigate a duplicate note name.
Yes, you are right. There was a duplicate. But removing it does not fix the links. Do I have to do it manually, or is there an automated way?
