Light Theme appears very dark, except in menus

Hello,

I’m a fairly new obsidian user here, but I believe the light mode in Obsidian on macos is not functioning correctly, it looks very dark, except when it is in a menu. I’ve attached a couple of images for reference here.

Changing to a custom css did not fix the issue.

This is using the default light mode

And this is in a menu, where it appears to be functioning correctly

You must have translucency enabled with a dark wallpaper/window behind Obsidian, or something similar is going on. Check Preferences → Plugin → Translucency.
