Let us use environment variables in links on WIndows

This is so frustrating. I didn’t find any acceptable workarounds.

Edit: I created two scripts to auto handle paste and open links containing environment name.

• Resolve user environment in local links before opening
• Snippet to insert link to a local file or folder (outside vault)
