Keep Hover Preview/Allow clicking of links

The current behavior of hover preview is for the preview window to disappear as soon as the mouse cursor has moved from atop the link.

It would be nice for Obsidian to allow the preview window to remain if the mouse cursor moves towards and on top of the preview window itself; and for the links within the preview to be clickable.

Yes, I was also hoping that the preview can become a pane:

I like the page preview option (command + mouse hover on a link), but it doesn’t provide much utility b/c you can’t do anything with the preview (e.g., scroll, select text, etc.). Perhaps this is part of the pending pane improvements (and maybe even remotely related to some of the transclusion discussions, e.g., Fully transclude backlinks), but the ability to scroll, select text, etc. on the page preview would be very useful. • You can now mouse hover in graph view with Ctrl/Cmd to bring up the hover preview if the page preview plugin is enabled.
