Justified alignment for three lines of underscores

I’m making a worksheet that consists of numbers like 1. ______________________ , but the underscores should continue for like 3 or more lines, with justified alignment.

That would be followed by 2. ______________ and so on, also 3 or more lines, also justified.

How do I make this in Obsidian?
