Just opened and all data missing. Wants to open new vault

What I’m trying to do

I have been using obsidian on macos for about 2 or 3 months. Quite a bit of data there. I just opened it this morning and it is telling me to open a vault. I have no idea where the data is. Did it just update? Where is my data?
