I’ve been looking for ways to keep budget data in Obsidian, but the obstacle is the complexity of doing complex calculations in Markdown tables or through Dataview. Then I came across jSpreadsheet, which looks like a pretty feature rich option.
There is a React example, but my javascript/typescript knowledge is not sufficient to figure out how this might lead to a plugin.
This seems to me like it would be a great addition to Obsidian, and potentially give us some of the ‘database’ functionality found in Notion.
