When you use the Zettelkasten prefixer you’re offered the option to specify a filepath for your notes. It doesn’t make it clear that if you leave it blank they’ll show up in the default root path of your Obsidian database. A bit of text on this screen like “defaults to root…” would clear up any confusion that may occur.
