Issue: Table does not function when directly below any symbol

Steps to reproduce

1: Create any kind of regular table, check that it functions normally
2: Place any type of symbol above
3: Table does not render, not in editing mode nor in reading mode

Expected result

A regular table should appear. Tables worked according to the described steps until about a month(?) ago.

Actual result

The table does not render, as mentioned before.

Custom theme and snippets: for cosmetic issues, please first try updating your theme and disabling your snippets. If still not fixed, please try to make the issue happen in the Sandbox Vault or disable community theme and snippets.
Community plugins: for bugs, please first try updating all your plugins to latest. If still not fixed, please try to make the issue happen in the Sandbox Vault or disable community plugins.


Additional information

I have previously posted about this issue on reddit (link: Reddit - Dive into anything), and have been attended to the fact that this is simply how markdown works. However, I found not having to put a space above all of my tables quite useful, given how often I use quite information-dense pages. Given that tables worked like I described the entire time I’ve used Obsidian (6 months or so), many of my notes are still formatted without spaces above every table (and thus; broken tables).
