Is this a safe plugin?

I found this extension that pretties up logseq’s markdown. GitHub - ruivieira/obsidian-plugin-logseq: A simple plugin to make Obsidian's preview of LogSeq ma

But it doesn’t show up in the Obsidian community plugins.
I tried asking the dev, but he seems inactive.

Can someone please check the code & tell me if it’s safe
Or if there’s already a plugin that does it’s work
