What I’m trying to do

I am trying create a new note from [[note_name]] without using the mouse left button.
I can do ctrl+double left click on edit mode in order to create the note “note_name” but how do I do it without using the mouse?

cmd/ctrl+shift+enter, by default, I think.

See Preferences→Hotkeys→Follow link under cursor.
