Is there any way to change the keys to navigate inside command palette?

Currently, up and down arrows are used to navigate within command palette results. Is there a way to change these keys, say, ctrl-n and ctrl-p like in a text editor?

Things I have tried

I searched in Options > Hotkeys. I suppose those keys are not part of Hotkeys.
