Is there any way I can escape whole blocks of text?

Things I have tried

I checked all possible settings and also for plugins.

What I’m trying to do

I want escape whole text blocks that talk about HTML etc so I would have to escape all of these all the time.

Right now I used code formatting for them but I’d rather have it look normal.

So can I escape whole blocks of texts or even whole notes?
