Is there a way to insert rows into the middle of a table?

What I’m trying to do

When editing a table, I’d like to be able to insert a new row beneath an arbitrary row within the table, rather than only at the bottom.

Things I have tried

Enter, option-enter, shift-enter

I found one other question about this from Dec 2023 (I’m not sure if the new table editor had been released at that time.) It timed out and was closed without resolution.

Is there currently a keystroke or other simple way to accomplish this?

Yes, you can do it via mouse

And if you want to do it via keyboard, you can assign a hotkey
