I have created a “mycss.css” on snippets folder & changed some layout eg: a local map on bottom right.

Is there a way to export Obsidian layout so that I can just import it next time I do a fresh install ( or open a new vault ) ?

Im not sure if I understand you right. But you can go to your vault and save your css file.
Next time you create a new vault just copy the css file to the same place.

\YOURVAULT.obsidian\snippets
\YOURVAULT.obsidian\themes

Maybe the Workspace plugin built-in to Obsidian might be helpful to you? It remembers page and sidebar layouts and lets you switch between them.
