Is there a way to automatically sort notes into different folders using hashtags?

Use case or problem

I’m taking off notes of people I meet and know. I create notes with the person’s name and a simple note of where I met them. I’m doing this to visualize my personal network of people I know.

Proposed solution

I have no idea as I am not a coder or anything

Current workaround (optional)

I’m manually putting notes into folders.

Related feature requests (optional)

Idk maybe some way to integrate the iOS contacts book.
