Is there a way to auto-reload changed files?

Hi, I am having a small issue with sync. Let me explain the steps I took:

  1. I have Obsidian opened with the same vault on two Windows 10 PCs. The vault is stored in Google Drive (mapped to a drive letter using their desktop app).
  2. I change a note on PC 1 and verified that the file synced.

ISSUE: The note in PC 2 stays the same. I have to manually click to another note, then go back into that note to see the changes. This can be dangerous, as I experienced once already, as if you didn’t know the note updated on another PC, when you make a change to that file, it will overwrite the more recently updated file.

Is there a way to have the note automatically reload whenever it detects that the note file changed?
