Is there a way of linking specific words or areas in other files?

I would like to write down questions for my study program, while I linking to a specific area in a file. I just know a way to create a link to a heading in a file. But would like to link to a specific word too.

I would like to see something like:

1. marking a word in a file 2. press right click 3. choose “create anchor” 4. place the link with the anchor in a other text.

If the line in the file is getting moved the anchor data could bin updated. I mean tags getting also stored in a register. Anchors could bin too.

There is no way to anchor a single string or number of strings. Hence the term blockID - it refers to a block of text.
There may be a few Feature Requests regarding functionality sought after, but I cannot find them.

A general format for specifying links to a part of note (multiple paragraphs, ranges) / Embedding Multiple Consecutive Headings Or Blocks

I moved a couple of posts into this new thread because they propose a very general way of defining ranges. General is nice but sometimes complex if the problem at hand is narrow.
