Is there a plugin that can set the value enumeration of certain metadata and directly select the corresponding value? Similar to meta bind
Meta bind feels a bit immersed in the main body of the notes and its placement is not easy. Do you recommend plugins that are more focused on native implementation?
Similar to this effect:
I’ve recently encountered the Contextual sidecar plugin, which do depend on Meta bind, but it lives in the sidebar, and allows for all your meta bind thingies to live there and still update the main file. (This plugin might not be actively developed though)
Using that you cloud classify your files either through folders and/or tags and present a set of panels (within the same sidebar view) to change whatever property you like. And if you don’t want to see it, just toggle the sidebar view
