There is a help vault. If you click the question mark at the bottom left of the screen. See this thread for more.

press F1 will open the help vault

Hi! @seewan, if you’re talking about the badge titled “Certified” there is no such user tutorial. However there is a help vault present in the Obsidian application itself which can be opened by pressing the F1 key.
