Is it possible to set up default filters that will be applied to every search automatically?

I know that I can ignore journal results in search by using PATH:-Journal, but I don’t want to type this every time I search. Is there a way to automatically apply my filter settings to each search, while still allowing me to manually remove or modify them?

You could star/favorite it in the Starred tab

Thank you very much! However, I also want to ask if there is a way to set a shortcut for starred search? I want to remap the original search shortcut to my starred search.

Hum, not sure. These are the only hotkeys I see for “starred” available:

Not a hotkey, but you could create a link that opens a saved search:
