iOS: Settings > Toolbar: any action scrolls back up!?

Steps to reproduce

  1. On iOS, go to Settings > Toolbar.
  2. Do any action, such as adding a new tool to the Toolbar, reordering a tool, deleting at tool, etc.

Expected result

  • When reordering a tool, I expect the view to not move when I drop it in its new location, so that I can keep ordering tools further down the list.
  • When I add a tool to the Toolbar (typically from a plugin), I often also want to add other tools from this plugin (like both the indent and the dedent tools), so I would like the view to not move when I add a tool to the Toolbar.
  • When I delete a tool, I don’t see why the view would move.

Actual result

Instead, for any action in the Toolbar setting, the view scrolls back to the top (where we see the top of the list of active tools).

I’ve noticed this too. It’s new behavior.

I saw similar behavior on another settings page (don’t remember which) when I toggled a toggle, but can’t reproduce that now.

I found the other place where I saw this happen. In Community Plugins if you check for updates and apply them individually, each time you apply an update the page scrolls to the top.
