[iOS + iPadOS] 1.13: External image embeds display at low resolution

After updating to 1.13 (iOS and iPadOS), all my external image embeds now render at a noticeably lower resolution than they did before I updated to 1.13.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Select an image URL (i.redd.it, image.tmdb. org, upload.wikimedia. org, etc.)
  2. In a new Note, embed the image ![img](url), ![img|500](url), etc.
  3. In Obsidian for iOS or iPadOS, look at rendered image in reading or live preview modes

Expected result

Embedded image displays in full resolution

Embedded image displays at low resolution

Additional information

Issue persists even after disabling all CSS snippets, updating the theme, trying different image domains, and using the default theme. The rendered image embeds in iOS and iPadOS are not at the same resolution between the two, but both are much lower quality than the source image itself

Create a new empty vault, does it happen there?

Yes, the issue still happens with fresh vaults on both iOS and iPadOS.

Steps to reproduce

The embedded images (e.g. `![[image-xyz.jpg]]`) were rendered lower resolution in reading view when clicking on them then zooming in. The original resolution was not viewable when zooming in. This happens with all plugins disabled.

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]

Yes

Expected result

The image should be rendered with original resolution upon clicking and zooming in.

Actual result

The image was rendered at lower resolution than the original.
