iOS "Capture to Bookmark" shortcut doesn't sync until app is opened

Steps to reproduce

  • Create an iOS shortcut
  • Add “Capture to Bookmark” action to it (any text, any bookmark)
  • Run it
  • Open Obsidian on macOS: captured text isn’t synced
  • Open Obsidian on iOS: captured text instantly syncs to macOS

Expected result

Sync should happen instantly in spirit of "without opening the app" from https://help.obsidian.md/ios#Shortcuts

Actual result

Sync doesn't occur until iOS app is opened

Sorry, but Obsidian Sync does not currently run in background and the shortcuts do not run the app.
